Wilco Hardware has secured a VT67million contract to supply and deliver materials for local area councils’ climate-proofing field officers at the sites of the Vanuatu Coastal Adaptation Project (VCAP) Phase 2.
The Minister of Climate Change has urged communities throughout Vanuatu to partner with the Government in implementing the Vanuatu Community-based Climate Resilience Project (VCCRP) for a successful outcome.
The Vanuatu Community-based Climate Resilience Project (VCCRP), a new project under the Ministry of Climate Change (MoCC) that is aimed at strengthening the resilience of communities in Vanuatu against the impacts of climate change, will soon be implemented in 282 communities across the country.
The Department of Climate Change in its third year of organizing the National event to advocate climate mitigation and adaptation through awareness's program and other activities to our communities, schools, and the general public (Men, Women, Youths, Children and people with special needs) arround the impacts of climate change.
